The Board of the Pharmaceutical Profession, made up of organizations representing the different professional facets of the pharmacist, has presented a new positioning document, on this occasion entitled “Competencias comunes del farmacéutico asistencial”.
This initiative, a pioneer in Spain, establishes a common framework of transversal competencies that identify the professional profile of the pharmacist in the different care settings.
Furthermore, this document, which is the result of the collaborative work of a specific group of experts from the Professional Board, responds to the need to strengthen professional cohesion and ensure a homogeneous and quality development for the benefit of citizens.
