The rural pharmacies, in addition to being an essential part of the healthcare infrastructure, contributes to population retention, especially that of women of working age, thus positioning itself as a key player in addressing the demographic challenge. These are some of the conclusions of the report “Value contribution of the Pharmacy model to social cohesion and demographic challenge", prepared by International Financial Analysts (AFI), which was presented at the conference "Pharmacy: Social Cohesion and Public Health”, held at the Senate.
